Anyone else having issues working during Covid? Needless to say in our industry we get stereotyped a lot, but with a global emergency we are treated even worse.

The adult community has been quite vocal about addressing race issues in the previous week as social tensions have risen surrounding the tragedy of George Floyd. We as a supportive #community would like to open the discussion in a respectful manner regarding discrimination in the industry toward performers of color and minorities. What do we need to address? How do we improve the situation? How do we hold our industry & performers accountable? What reforms need to be set in place?
