Former WWE star turned adult performer, Tammy "Sunny" Sytch, has been sentenced to 17 years in jail for a fatal car crash that claimed the life of a 75-year-old man. Sytch, 50, had a blood alcohol level three times the legal limit at the time of the incident. Three months ago, she pleaded guilty to charges, including DUI manslaughter, and offered an apology to the victim's family during her sentencing today.
Initially known as Sunny, she gained fame hosting her show and serving as a ring announcer, earning recognition as the first WWE Diva. Her prominent role, however, was as a wrestling manager and valet alongside her long-term boyfriend, Chris Candido. Sytch became a beloved figure in WWE, officially designated as the company's inaugural Diva, and was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2011.
Despite Candido's 2005 death, Sytch remained active in the wrestling scene until 2018. In October of that year, she announced her retirement and transitioned to a private life, later reentering the adult entertainment industry.
